Note: Family members are closely tied together, which sometimes mean living in one roof with parents and grandparents. Filipino’s lifestyle is to bear each other’s burden. Filipinos are known for being resilient and the only way to overcome poverty is to help each other in any way that is helpful to alleviate hardships. Considering the many calamities every year they have to go through and high unemployment, most Filipinos see each day as an opportunity to live life to the fullest.
